Submission Terms
Thanks for reaching out. Before you send a voice message or any other content, take a minute to read through this. It covers what happens to what you share with me and my team.
What counts as a submission
Anything you send to Jefferson Fisher or The Jefferson Fisher Podcast counts as a submission. That includes voice messages, emails, website forms, and anything posted or sent through social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. We'll call all of these your "Communications."
Your submission is not confidential
When you send a Communication, you're sending it on a non-confidential basis. That means Jefferson Fisher and The Jefferson Fisher Podcast are not required to keep it private, to avoid using it, or to pay you for receiving or using it. Communications may be used for any purpose, including on the podcast, on social media, in books, in speaking engagements, or anywhere else.
You release us from liability
By submitting a Communication, you release Jefferson Fisher, The Jefferson Fisher Podcast, and everyone working with them from any liability, under any legal theory, tied to the use, modification, sharing, or disclosure of that Communication.
You grant us a license to use what you submit
When you submit, upload, or otherwise provide a Communication, you grant Jefferson Fisher and The Jefferson Fisher Podcast an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to reuse, redistribute, edit, adapt, and create derivative works from that Communication, for any purpose and in any medium, without compensation to you. To the extent you retain any rights in the Communication, you grant them now. You also confirm that any "moral rights" you may have in the Communication are waived.
You confirm the submission is yours to give
By submitting a Communication, you confirm that it's yours to share. That means it doesn't violate anyone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights, and that you have the authority to grant the permissions above.
What you should not submit
Please don't submit anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that contains personal information about someone who hasn't consented to being shared. We may remove or decline to use any submission for any reason.
